ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 161 days in paying the deficit court-fee of Rs.750/- in the writ appeal.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and also recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the deficit court-fee has already been paid, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
