ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this habeas corpus petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Joshua @ Loganathan, who is aged about 27 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The respondents / Police produced the detenu Mr.Joshua @ Loganathan, before this Court today.

3. We have examined the detenu, who in turn states that he left the home on account of certain family disputes. Now the detenu has resumed his matrimonial home and living with his wife. This being the factum informed by the Detenu, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this habeas corpus petition. Accordingly, the same stands closed.
