The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2019, wherein the petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to provide work to the petitioner based on the recall list published on 21.12.2018.

The issue is as to whether the second respondent can provide work to the petitioner herein or not is based on various facts and this Court need not be in a position to appraise such factual aspects. However, if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's grievance through disposal of his representation, the ends of justice could be secured.
4. Though, the petitioner claims to have been given a representation on 18.01.2019, this Court is of the view that in case the cause of action still survives for the petitioner to seek for such a relief, liberty is hereby granted to him, to make a fresh representation to the first respondent ventilating his grievances and on receipt of such a representation, the first respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the petitioner's representation.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
