ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The petitioner in person would submit that he had complained about the large scale financial irregularity allegedly committed by the Chairman of the Life Insurance Corporation of India and other respondents. He as earlier instituted several Writ proceedings and would submit that he had already sent complaint to various authorities including Hon'ble President of India and other Constitutional Authorities.
2. A perusal of the Writ affidavit would show that there is no clarity. However, if the petitioner possess any incriminating evidence regarding financial irregularity that occurred in Life Insurance Corporation of India establishment, it is left open to him to approach the competent Authority, who is vested with the power to deal with the allegations regarding financial irregularity in Life Insurance Corporation of India administration.
3. In respect of his grievance regarding payment of salary, since the petitioner held the post of Development Officer, he is at liberty to approach the competent Authority. In the even of submitting any such application claiming his monetary benefits during the period in which he was working as Development Officer, the Authority shall look into the service records and accordingly take a decision and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
