The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records of the second respondent in reference No.19218/FW/E3/2011 dated 14.09.2012 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to promote the petitioner as District Extension Educator as he is fully qualified as per the rules in forces to hold the said post.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted on 30.12.2015 and the petitioner has also got superannuated in the year 2019. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Page No.2 of 4

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
