When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee submitted that the tenants have not complied with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in O.S.A.Nos.147 to 149 of 2022 dated 24.06.2022 by depositing the arrears of rent amounting to Rs.90,32,400/-.

2.Since the respondents failed to comply with the orders of this Court, I do not want to show any indulgence to the respondents/tenants. In these circumstances, all the applications are allowed as prayed for.
