Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ, to declare the action of the 1st and 2nd respondent in rejecting to count the teaching experience of the petitioner from 20.08.2004 to 05.01.2010 as lecturer is illegal and against the Tamil Nadu Educational rules and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue an order of appointment to the petitioner as senior lecturer in pursuant to the recruitment notification No.03/2011 dated 31.12.2011 and the written examination and certificate verification dated 10.04.2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 29.04.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal and to grant liberty to challenge the non selection of the petitioner as a Senior Lecturer. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
