JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.R.Narayanan, learned counsel appeared on behalf of Mr.M.V.Krishnan, counsel on record for appellants and submitted that in spite of his best efforts, he is not in a position to get vakalat from the appellants.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for appellants, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping this matter pending without any progress. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
