2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had joined as Guest lecturer in Thirumagal Aalai College, Kudiyatam in the year 2017 and was transferred to Kalaignar Karunanidhi Government Arts College, Tiruvannamalai, on 24.01.2023. The petitioner had given a complaint against the 6th respondent herein to the 5th respondent for the incident which happened during University practical examinations conducted on 10.05.2023. Therefore, the petitioner again submitted a representation on 27.11.2024, to conduct re-enquiry against the allegations made against the 6th respondent. Since, no action was taken by the 5th respondent, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking directions to the 5th respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if directions are issued to the 5th respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 5th respondent to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
