ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Government order in GO (Ms). No.143 (Commercial Taxes & Registration (E2) Department dated 28.12.2023, thereby not considered the case of the petitioner in accordance with his original seniority in the cadre of ACTO.

Though the petitioner challenged the Government order, he submitted representation dated 12.02.2024 thereby objected the seniority list and also seeking to include his name above the seniors. 3.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
