ORDER

Revision petition filed against the orders passed by the trial court, allowing the application, filed by the defendant to file additional written statement.

2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.68 of 2008. On perusal of the orders passed by the trial court, this court does not find any infirmity. On such filing of additional written statement, the plaintiff is also at liberty to file reply statement. Hence, there is no merit in this revision and the same is liable to be dismissed.

3. In the result, (i) The civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. The connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. (ii) The order of the trial court is upheld.
