Order (Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN,J.) The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 698 days in filing the aforesaid appeal.

2.The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant would submit that after the order was passed in the Review Petition on 27.11.2023, the certified copy of the order was applied only on 27.06.2025, in view of the delay in the administrative approval process. Thus, there was delay of 698 days in filing the appeal, which is neither wilful nor wanton.

3.The appellant has not given any valid reason to condone the huge delay in filing the appeal. Thus, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. 4.Therefore, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. In view of dismissal of the same, O.S.A.SR.No.173270 of 2025 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
