ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.531 of 2016 pending on the file of the third respondent to any other investigation agency by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances..

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.531 of 2016 pending on the file of the third respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any other investigation agency. Taking note of the contention of the petitioner that investigation has not been completed in Crime No.531 of 2016 there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Investigation shall be monitored by the first respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.531/2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
