C.M.P.No.20564 of 2019 in CMA (SR) No.10161 of 2019 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that, due to inadvertence mistake, the conditional order of this Court, dated 23.09.2019, to pay a sum of Rs.500/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai" has not been complied with by the petitioner.

He also submitted that he is ready to comply with the said condition forthwith, if time is granted.

2. In view of the said submission, time is granted till 04.11.2019 to comply with the said condition, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
