3.In continuation of earlier proceedings dated 29.07.2020, learned counsel for petitioner has today e-mail filed a memo dated 05.08.2020, which reads as follows:

4.Along with the memo, learned counsel has also e-mail filed a full settlement letter dated 22.07.2020 given by contesting first respondent and communication from petitioner company dated 04.08.2020 requesting for withdrawal of instant OP.

In the light of the aforesaid narrative, instant OP is dismissed as withdrawn owing to being settled out of Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
