ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a writ of Mandamus seeking examination of a representation dated 13.01.2019 to the second respondent / Tashildar, Sholinganallur Taluk in Chennai.
The petitioner claims that the first respondent had passed an order /given a representation dated 12.09.2016 in Na.Ka.No. 9855/2011/N1 wherein it had been directed that the petitioner may be granted patta. In accordance with the said report, the petitioner had given a representation on 30.01.2019 for issuance of patta for the house site of the petitioner on S.No. 282, at No.2180, 2nd Main Road, Bethel Nagar, (South) Injambakkam, Chennai - 600 115.

It is complained that the second respondent had not taken any action on the said representation of the Collector or on the representation given by the petitioner. 4.
A mandamus is therefore directed to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30.01.2019, issue notice to the petitioner and also examine the representation of the District Collector dated 12.09.2016 and comply with the directions of the District Collector in the said report.

The petitioner may also give a copy of the representation of the District Collector to the second respondent. The second respondent may also examine the bona fide of the petitioner and if he is eligible, then comply with the said directions given in the report of the District Collector.

The Tahsildar is under obligation to comply with the entire requirements within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a fresh copy of the report along with the report of the Collector as stated above to be given by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
