ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Property Prevention of Damage and Loss Act, in Crime No.87 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was proceeding to Palani from Pallachi in his Van, there was a quarrel between the defacto complainant and the accused persons. At the that, the petitioner along with others, abused the defacto complainant and damaged his van by pelting stones. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he sought for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are three previous cases against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into account the nature of offence and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
