ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Shri Hasan Mohammed Jinnah, learned State counsel for petitioner. None for other side, though notice was served.
2. We have gone through the affidavit which has been filed today. It discloses that, in compliance of the order passed by this Court, Investigating Officer was changed and investigation has also been completed and now, the report along with materials collected during investigation has been sent to Government for grant of sanction. It is further submitted that once appropriate orders granting sanction are passed, the charge sheet may be filed before the competent Court.
3. Having gone through the contents of the affidavit and placing on record the submission of counsel for State, the petitions, at this stage, are disposed of.
