ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th and 5 th respondents not to interfere with the patta land belonging to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner and to strictly follow the communication made by the 5 th respondent dated 21.03.2024.

2.Heard Mr.J.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and 5.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the Special Tahsildar. On going through the same, it is seen that the 4 th and 5 th respondents do not intend to enter into the patta lands belonging to the petitioner in S.Nos.173/38B, 173/38C and 173/38D.

4/6 Considering the above stand taken by the respondents and on recording their undertaking that they are not intending to disturb the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the patta land belonging to the petitioner, the same is recorded. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
