This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15851 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25602 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of the month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.15851 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25602 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
