This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint to the respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and lodge a fresh complaint before the respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
