PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 11.02.2021 to expedite the proceeding in Complaint No.21/2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2021 to expedite the proceeding in Complaint No.21/2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.
3.The case of the petitioner is that he has filed a complaint against the 2nd and 3rd respondents who are practising advocate before the 1st respondent on 11.02.2021 which was numbered as complaint No.21/2021, to expedite the said complaint the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.Heard Mr.A.Thirumaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.C.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent and Mr.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
5.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 would submit that they have already filed their response to the notice given by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. If that is so, the matter has to be referred to the Scrutiny Committee to ascertain as to whether it has to be referred to the Disciplinary Committee or not. This Court hopes and trusts that the Scrutiny Committee would be convened and the matter would be placed before the Committee and decision would be taken with regard to the reference of the matter to the Disciplinary Committee, if the matter is referred to the Disciplinary Committee, the Disciplinary Committee shall give an opportunity to all the parties and dispose of the matter at the earliest.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
