The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13/11/2018 within a reasonable time.

2. During the course of hearing, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already the first respondent has settled the family pension and DCRG and other benefits to the petitioner.

3. As the petitioner was granted of benefits by the first respondent, in our considered view, no further adjudication is necessary in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
