ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25472 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore, Vellore District on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, investigation completed and final report filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25472 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
