It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that summons was issued to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4070 of 2013 to appear for enquiry and the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry. He further submitted that if the petitioner appears for enquiry and they would conduct further investigation and file additional final report. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would appear before the respondent-police and coopererate in the investigation. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-police on 14.03.2015 and the respondent-police is directed to conduct enquiry and file additional final report before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the order passed in this criminal original petition, this court is of the view that it is not necessary to implead the proposed party. Hence, the petition to implead the proposed party is dismissed.
