The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2011 and 22.03.2011 within a stipulated period of time and in accordance with law.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted Electronic Communication sent by the respondent bank stating that the respondent bank closed the loans by adjusting the deposit made by the petitioner. Hence, there is nothing survives to adjudicate the matter involved in this writ petition. Hence, the relief sought for in this present Writ Petition became infructuous.
