This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint dated 10.4.2015 in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 10.4.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.6.2015. 4.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
