ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 03.03.2020 in W.P.No.5388 of 2020 directed the first respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 03.03.2020 has been complied with and patta has also been issued .

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
