This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2020 seeking to issue patta in the name of petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
