The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondent herein to include the name of petitioner institution in the approved list of Institutions in the single window counseling, enabling the students to seek admission for D.T.Ed course in Government management quota for the academic year 2011-2012.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
