Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc.Ku.No.1352/2010/A-5 dated 29.8.11 and quash the same and direct the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner to the post of Road Worker.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by Mr.V.Venkatachalam seeking a prayer for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc.Ku.No.1352/2010/A-5 dated 29.8.11 and to quash the same with a consequential direction to the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner to the post of Road https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Worker. However, Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned counsel for the petitioner, confining his prayer to the disposal of the pending representation, in the light of the recommendation dated 16.2.2015 made by the Divisional Engineer, Highways (Construction & Maintenance), Pollachi, the third respondent, sought for a direction to the Chief Engineer, Public Highways Department, the first respondent to consider the pending representation.
2. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. As the petitioner has limited his prayer to the disposal of the pending representation, this Court, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner as mentioned above by taking note of the recommendation made by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 16.2.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are closed. No costs.
