This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai to file a final report in Crime No.455 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.455/2015 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
