ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the communication in e/f/m2/612/2018 dated 21.08.2019 sent by the Revenue Tahsildar, Veppanthattai, enclosing the photograph taken today.
2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputes the same, we are not willing to conduct roving enquiry into it. If the petitioner is of the view that the encroachments as a whole have not been removed, he may approach by way of a separate plea.
3. The statement made by the learned Government Advocate on the conduct of the petitioner and the petitioner's brother, who has filed W.P.No.6280 of 2019 and A.S No.48 of 2001, has been taken note of by this Court.
