ORDER

This petition has been filed against the order dismissing the application filed under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the considered view of this Court, as against the dismissal of an application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, only a revision will lie and the petition under Section 482 cannot be maintained before this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy by filing a Revision petition.

3. This Criminal original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
