ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30133 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is completed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30133 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024 is relaxed. 4.
