ORDER

This Writ Petition is of the year 2011. On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 09.01.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today, i.e. On 10.01.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". 2.Even today, i.e. 10.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Earlier also, there were several adjournments given at the request of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs.
