This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of complaint dated 27.03.2018 and further direct the 1st respondent to investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
