This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 31.01.2011 issued in Ref.No.ATA.No.517(13) of 2010 by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the entire dues were settled by the first respondent Company, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
