2.Reading of the complaint reveals only civil transaction. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the complaint was enquired into and closed as money in dispute. 3.Hence, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to give copy of the closure report to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to take further action in the manner known to law.
