ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station every day at 06.30 p.m., and the petitioner shall not enter into Page No.1 of 4

the jurisdiction of the respondent police, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.629 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.629 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
