Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass an order on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 19.03.2018 against the order dated 22.01.2018 passed by the second respondent in proceedings No.3259/A3/2015 on the enquiry against the respondents 3 to 5 for the misappropriation and maladministration of the society namely Thagadur Avvaiyar Motorworks Owners Association, Dharmapuri vide registration No.105 of 1994 in the meantime the interests of the members of the society and its properties may be protected within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner having suffered an order dated 22.01.2018 in the hands of the District Registrar, Administration, the second respondent herein, preferred an Appeal before the Inspector General of Registration, the first respondent herein on 19.03.2018. He sought early disposal of the pending Appeal. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2 sought eight weeks time to dispose of the pending Appeal. 3.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the pending Appeal after issuing notice to respondents 3 to 6, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
