These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 679 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant D.Ammakannu, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record petitioners 4 to 10, as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the petitions are ordered. The delay of 679 days is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the first appellant is set aside and the petitioners 4 to 10 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and ranked them as appellants 6 to 12 in the Appeal.
