O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order Ref.No.21470/N2/2019 dated 21.01.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent Tentative Seniority List, Chennai for the post of Nursing Tutor

Grade -I and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner, who is having CNL No.6889 in service

Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions from the Director of Medical Education and Research would submit that, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Nursing Tutor Grade I for the panel year 2022-2023 based on the G.O.(D).No.1093 Health and Family Welfare (AA2) Department dated 30.08.2023 as per her seniority and he further submit that, on attaining the age of superannuation, the petitioner has retired from service on 30.06.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes with the submission of the learned Government Advocate.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 22.10.2024 Index :Yes/No Speaking order : Yes Sma
