2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, producing a copy of the Letter No.6701/MMB.2/2016-4, dated 15.11.2016 sent by the Principal Secretary to Government to the Petitioner herein, submitted that the order dated 18.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.A.No.477 of 2016 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate Application, if so advised, questioning the said communication dated 15.11.2016 vide Letter No.6701/MMB.2/2016-4.
