2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned orders were not available at the time of filing of the writ petition. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 14 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '14. I respectfully submitted that the original copy of the Impugned Order made in x/K/4695-2022-m8 dated 03.10.2023 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and the order passed by the Respondent No.3 in e/f/4695-2022-m8 dated 18.06.2024 is presently not available on my hand and therefore it may be dispensed with by this Hon'ble Court.' https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
