ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation officer, within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent herein under his supervision.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was attacked by the accused persons by spade, wooden rod and sickle. But, the respondent police has registered the First Information Report as the petitioner was attacked by the accused persons by hands. Therefore, the this petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On perusal of the records, the petitioner failed to produce any complaint before this Court to substantiate his contention. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2020 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file the final report.

During the investigation, if any offence is attracted from the recorded statement of the witnesses, the second respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
