COMMON ORDER The summons issued under Section 110 of Cr.P.C is under challenge on the ground that it is not in compliance with the procedure laid down under the Code.

On perusal of the impugned summon, this Court finds that the petitioners were called for enquiry on 16.02.2024. Since the date has expired, the respondents are directed to cause fresh summon, if necessary, and proceed further in accordance with law. 3.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
