ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.89 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore. The same has been taken cognizance in STC No.1434 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
