ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint given by Mr.Dinesh against Bernard pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

2. No representation for the petitioner on account of boycott of Courts.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

4. On a complaint given by one Dinesh, petition enquiry in CSR No.363 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
