Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified bail condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13644 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021 in Crl.OP.No.21364 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on every Saturday for every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.NIXON, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13644 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21364 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. The petitioners hailed from Karnataka State and they are driver by profession. They were granted bail on 15.11.2021 for illegal transport of tobacco products. The bail condition already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
relaxed to the effect that the petitioners should report before the respondent police for once in a month.
4. This Court finds no reason to relax the condition further.
